2023年4月から未来創造人材制度が始まりました。
この制度により、優秀な海外大学を卒業した方が、本邦において「就職活動」又は「起業準備活動」を行う場合、在留資格「特定活動」（未来創造人材）を付与され、最長2年間の在留が可能となりました。
そして、活動内容も上記活動を行うために必要な資金を補うための就労が可能とされました。
The Future Creation Human Resources System started in April 2023. As a result, if graduates of excellent overseas universities are looking for a job or preparing to start a business in Japan, they will be granted a status of residence of Specified Activities as Future Creation Human Resources, and will be able to stay in Japan for up to two years. Furthermore, it has been made possible to work to supplement the funds necessary to carry out the above activities.

「特定活動」（未来創造人材）の対象者の要件
「特定活動」（未来創造人材）の対象となる方は、次の１～３の要件すべてに該当することが必要です。
Those eligible for J-Skip must meet all of the following requirements 1 to 3 below.
１．対象の大学(Universities recognized as eligible for J-Find)
3つの世界大学ランキング中（下記に記載※①）、2つ以上で100位以内にランクインしている大学を卒業、又はその大学の大学院の課程を修了して学位又は専門職学位を授与されていること。
Graduated from a university ranked within the top 100 in two or more of the three world university rankings listed below. Alternatively, the applicant must have completed a graduate program at the university and received a degree or professional degree.

２．卒業後の年数（Limit on number of years after graduating from university）
上記の大学を卒業し、又は対象大学の大学院の課程を修了して、学位又は専門職学位を授与された日から5年以内の方。
The applicant must have graduated from the university listed above or completed a graduate program at the target university and been awarded a degree or professional degree within 5 years.
３．生計維持費（Minimum amount to have as living expenses）
滞在当初の生計維持費として、申請の時点において、申請人の貯金の額が日本円に換算して20万円以上あること。
At the time of application, the applicant must have at least 200,000yen in saving to cover his or her living expenses during the initial period of stay.
配偶者・子の帯同について（Regarding bringing spouse and children to Japan）
扶養する配偶者・子は、在留資格「特定活動」（未来創造人材の配偶者等）が付与され、日本へ帯同することが可能です。
なお、配偶者・子の就労には、資格外活動許可が必要となります。
The spouse and children supported by the applicant will be granted Specified Activity Status of residence and will be able to accompany them to Japan. Please note that, if your spouse and children want to work, you will not be allowed to do so unless you obtain permission to engage in activities other than that permitted under the status of residence previously granted.
